Rules

XFactor Paintball Basic Safety Rules

  1. WEAR MASK AT ALL TIMES
Once you enter a playing field, do not remove your mask. No exceptions.
  2. BARREL SLEEVE OR SOCK
When not in use and when outside of a playing field, all guns should be blocked with a barrel sleeve or sock. No exceptions. If you are within a playing field, do not remove the barrel sleeve or sock, until everyone has a mask on. No exceptions.
  3. BLIND FIRING PROHIBITED
Do not fire if you cannot see what you are firing at. Blind firing can lead to accidentally shooting players who are leaving the field, a referee, or another object you should not shoot.
  4. SURRENDERS
It is customary to offer a surrender to any opposing player within twenty-five (25) feet. Close range shots are prohibited. No exceptions.
  5. SHOOT LESS THAN 300 FPS
Keep paintball velocities under 300 (Recreational Play 285 or less) feet per second (FPS). Gun speeds can be timed with a paintball chronograph (available at our field).
  6. RECREATIONAL PLAY
When using your own equipment, gun should be set on semi-automatic; one pull one shot.
  7. COMMON SENSE
    Use common sense.
  8. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS PROHIBITED
    Zero tolerance.
